By using this website or purchasing products and services from The Little Farm Margaret River, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms help ensure a clear, fair and transparent relationship between you (our valued customer) and us (your favourite local deli). The Little Farm is a locally owned gourmet delicatessen in Margaret River, Western Australia, offering freshly prepared picnic hampers, gourmet food boxes, catering, and local artisanal products.

All food prepared by The Little Farm is made with love, using fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced produce. We are committed to delivering high quality and thoughtful service.

ORDERING GOURMET FOOD HAMPERS & FOOD BOXES

All gourmet food boxes and picnic hampers must be ordered with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to allow time to source and prepare the freshest ingredients.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

If you need to cancel a hamper or food box order, we require at least 12 hours’ notice to provide a full refund. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled collection or delivery time are not eligible for a refund due to the perishable nature of the items.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

• Refunds are not offered on food items under health and safety regulations.
• If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please contact us immediately.
• We offer like-for-like exchanges, subject to availability.ct or faulty product, please contact us immediately.
• No credit or store credit is issued for exchanged items.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & SUBSTITUTIONS

Our products are seasonal and sourced fresh. If an item becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a product of equal or higher value, ensuring quality and taste are maintained.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS & ALLERGIES

Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary needs when placing your order. While we take every care, our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten and other allergens and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, and secure online payments.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer delivery of hampers and food boxes within the Margaret River region at the following flat rates:

• Within 7km: $10.00
• 7km–15km: $20.00
• 15km–25km: $40.00

Deliveries are scheduled based on availability and may be impacted by traffic, weather, or other external factors. Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. If no one is home, the item may be left in a safe spot, and The Little Farm is not liable for any loss or spoilage thereafter.

SHIPPING – NON-PERISHABLE HAMPERS

We offer Australia-wide postage on non-perishable hampers for a flat shipping rate of $25. These hampers are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. Please allow standard postal timeframes. Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.

CATERING SERVICES

The Little Farm offers bespoke catering (Price on Application) tailored to suit small gatherings, holiday homes, or accommodation providers. All catering must be pre-booked and confirmed in advance. Custom cancellation terms may apply depending on the event size and preparation status.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery, shipping and contact information at checkout. Please check your order confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

WEBSITE USE

All content, images, and branding on this website are the intellectual property of The Little Farm Margaret River. You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute any part of the site without our written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Little Farm is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused by:

• Uncollected or unattended deliveries

FORCE MAJEURE
